                                                                                                                                                                                                       Masonic Ladies Festival - The Ladies Night   The highlight of every Master's year is the Ladies Festival and he and his very special Lady want to celebrate it in style.

Experience Counts - Attention to detail is essential knowing what is required to make the evening go according to tradition and etiquette.

 The Ladies Song -  Although I am unable to sing the Ladies song, if required I can arrange a singer.

Prior to the Ladies Festival, I would meet with the Festival Committee and the Worshipful master,to establish their specific wishes, with the correct degree of pomp and ceremony

From start to finish of this special evening, I will ensure it all goes to plan :-

  • From introducing guests to the President & his Lady
  • Liaising with all the 'suppliers' the Photographer, the Banqueting Manager, the Band leader or DJ 
  • Calling Guests to Dinner
  • Announcing the Entrance of The President & his Lady, the Grace and between courses the Wine takings.
  • Introduce the singing of Grace
  • Announcing The Loyal Toast by The President
  • Workin with the Stewards to collect Ladies Gifts , any announcements regarding events during the evening supporting the Lodge charities
  • Announce Speeches & introduce the Ladies Song
  • Lead President and Lady from Banquet and then the first dance of President & his Lady
  • Draw Raffle
  • And any other duties requested by the Festival Committee.


 

Service Clubs

I am the holder of two prestigious honours from two different service clubs.
 

I have organised numerous anniversaries, dinners, dances, conferences and charity fund raising events and therefore understand your needs 

I have been able enhance with my personality various types of auctions helping to raise thousands.

Trained as a Professional Toastmaster, I understand etiquette and protocol needed for welcoming and introducing Royalty, civic dignitaries etc.

The role of the Toastmaster is to manage the event and ensure that it runs in exactly the manner the client wishes. 

As your Toastmaster consider me as your ultimate stage manager". 

The experience gained throughout my working life together with Toastmaster training, has given me the range of knowledge and expertise to deal with every type of function and communicate successfully with people from all walks of life.  

My enthusiasm for my work together with a friendly disposition has earned many recommendations from satisfied clients.
